At Anjo Flooring we believe every great space starts from the ground up. Based in South Miami and proudly serving all surrounding areas, we specialize in the

What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve all of Miami and surrounding areas including Kendall, Coral Gables, Pinecrest, Cutler Bay, Palmetto Bay, and more.
Do you offer both residential and commercial services?
Yes! Whether it’s a small condo, a large home, or a commercial space, we handle flooring projects of all sizes with the same level of precision and care.
What types of flooring materials do you install?
We install hardwood, engineered wood, laminate, luxury vinyl plank/tile (LVP/LVT), tile & stone, and combinations thereof.
How do I decide which flooring is right for my space?
t depends on usage (kids/pets/high traffic), moisture (bathrooms, basements), budget, aesthetic, maintenance. We offer consultations to help pick the best.
Can flooring be installed over my current floor?
Yes — in many cases we can install over existing vinyl, tile, or wood — if subfloor and level conditions allow. Sometimes removal is better.
What’s required to prepare the room before installation?
-- Remove breakables, wall hangings
— Furniture/appliances moved
— Subfloor inspection, moisture testing in moisture-prone areas
— Flooring acclimation (certain woods/engineered)
How long does a flooring installation usually take?
Depends on area size, material, prep work, and whether old floor must be removed. But many typical rooms can be finished in days. (Large / multi-room jobs will take weeks)
What about warranties on flooring and installation labor?
We provide both product-warranties (from manufacturers) and installation labor guarantees. Be sure to ask for full written details.
How do you handle moisture & leveling issues?
Moisture is critical especially in bathrooms, basements, rental units. We check for excess moisture emission, level the subfloor, apply proper underlayment / backer board when needed.
Is a floating floor method okay? What’s that?
A “floating floor” means planks aren’t nailed/glued to subfloor, they sit on underlayment & click/lock together. Good for many vinyl, laminate, engineered wood. But may not be best in high-moisture locations without right prep.
How should I maintain my new flooring?
It varies by material: hardwood might need occasional refinishing, tile needs grout/seal, vinyl & laminate less intensive. We’ll give maintenance guides per material.
What cost factors should I expect?
Major cost drivers: material choice, size & shape of room, need to remove old floor / repair subfloor, moisture mitigation, high-end finishes. We always give itemized quotes so you know what’s what.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
We can — yes. Let us talk options. (Good thing to mention if you do).

Even though some flooring is DIY-friendly, pros bring correct prep, moisture testing, accurate leveling, cleaner finish, less risk of premature failure or voiding warranties.
